1. Warranty Time
· All of our products have one year warranty
· The Warranty time has been written in a label on the back of your products on delivery date
2. Warranty Range
· Warranty applies to products under normal use and conditions-warranty not valid as a result of product modification, abuse, force majeure, and any other conditions that is not recommended by us
· If your product does not perform as stated by its description and has failed as a result of a manufacturer defect, We will exchange, at our discretion and availability, the product for a new, equivalent o upgrated product (Price difference for upgrated product to be discussed)
3. RMA
· Customer is responsible for the proper packaging, shipping charges of the product back to us. We will ship the product back to customer prepaid then.
· Considering high shipping cost for returing product to overseas, We will send the replacement parts for the deficient product and be responsible for the cost price and the shipping charge if agreed by customer
4. Wearing Part
· We will offer 1‰ Wearing Part for each ordered goods to customer except for LCD/Touch panel and housing
5. Repair
· All our products has 3 years guarantee for repair
· If the ordered products are out of warranty time within 3 yeras, customer could send the damaged goods back to us. We are responsible for repairing it for free. Customer is responsible for the proper packaging, back and forth of shipping charges
· We will send the replacement part to customers. Customers are only responsible for the cost price and shipping charges if agreed by us.
